Over the weekend, Deputy President William Ruto’s daughter June Ruto officially got engaged on Saturday, May 8th 2021.

In his Karen Mansion, the Deputy President hosted family, friends, and government dignitaries where they negotiated about June’s dowry payment and in the company of her fiancé Alex Ezenagu, the ceremony was a success.

“I was the negotiator at the bride price settlement. The Kalenjin and Igbos share a lot in common. We haggled, negotiated, and agreed to loud chants of Igbo kwenu! Our host Deputy President @WilliamsRuto & wife was excellent and look forward to visiting the land of Chinua Achebe” Osita Chidoka wrote on Twitter.

According to sources, June’s husband-to-be is an assistant Law Professor at the Hamad Bin Khalifa University.

It is understood that the Nigerian hunk, Ezenagu, graduated from the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom where he pursued commercial law and got an  L.L.M.

Additionally, Ezenagu has a law degree from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.

The groom-to-be is also said to be an international tax expert working in international tax law, transfer pricing, tax planning, investment advisory, and commercial law advisory and practice.

The Nigerian National also doubles up as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
