Gospel music minister Emmy Kosgei is mourning the passing on of Mike Ugochukwu Ikechukweu Onwurah of the Revival Assembly Church based in Nigeria
Mike was a senior member of the church. The singer took it to her Instagram page and posted the sad news.

The Kenyan singer lives in Nigeria with her husband Apostle Anselm Madubuko. They first met at a conference in Kenya where she had been invited to sing. Pastor Madubuko later invited her to his church in Nigeria, and subsequently, they became friends until the cleric proposed to her.
Recently Emmy has teamed up with Mercy Chinwo; one of the biggest gospel ministers from Nigeria in her latest projects. Chinwo came into fame when she won the Nigerian Idol in 2014. In 2015 she released her debut single Testimony before her recent hit Excess Love.
Emmy Kosgei Madubuko is also the Kenyan ambassador for Tourism, Culture for Kenya. Emmy has been married to Apostle Anselm Madubuko for seven years. The singer also runs a fashion academy Emmy K which represents African heritage.
In August 2020, Mrs.Madubuko took it to social media and thanked God for keeping their marriage and having a peaceful love.
