During the show, the baritone-voiced presenter confessed to having had feelings for the singer in the past, feelings that he still bears to date going by the excitement he expressed on seeing Sanaipei Tande.

My God Sana you are voluptuous aki,” Maina greeted Sanaipei who had visited the station in the company of an upcoming artist B Classic.

Notably, both Sanaipei and Maina Kageni worked for the radio station 13 years ago, and it was during that time that Maina could not hide his desire to sire a child with the singer from her. He confessed to having approached Sanaipei on the same even though he never fully revealed his proposition to her which resulted in his offer being turned down.

According to Maina, Sanaipei would receive the sum of up to 500K each month for child support if she had agreed to become his baby mama back then. That was not all that the singer would have been spoiled with by the radio presenter as he went on to claim that he would have gifted Sanaipei a house in Lavington and ensure that all her needs were catered for.

She is glowing, so voluptuous anakaa poa, why did you refuse to have my baby? I gave you a proposition in 2007. I was ready to be giving you half a million shillings a month, a house kwanza in Lavington, and anything you wanted. Do you even know my mum had told me that if I get a child she will give me that house of hers in Lavington?” posed Maina Kageni.

Surprised by his confession, Sanaipei revealed that she was forced to turn down his proposal as he had left out the important details of the deal.

But you see Maina you told me if I never want to work a single day in my life, that was the proposition. But I am the type of person who has to work,” Sanaipei defended herself.

At the end of the show, the two promised to revisit the subject soon.
